OnlyFans isn't new. The London-based subscription based content service launched in 2016. As the global pandemic spread in 2020, many who relied on in-person entertainment for their livelihood were forced to find new ways to generate income. The platform wasn't built exclusively for the sex worker industry but since they don't prohibit adult content, this obviously drew many in. What do you like about the platform?
I am my own boss. Being able to set my own prices for what I think my work and experience is worth is huge - that's not something I have the option to do at the club. I get to call the shots and don't have to do anything I'm uncomfortable with.

What drew you to OnlyFans?
I was looking for a platform that allowed me to express the flirty and sexy side of my personality. My Instagram followers aren't necessarily the same audience that want to engage with me in that way and there are censorship issues. On OnlyFans, I'm able to have control of my audience, form relationships with my followers in new ways, and monetize my content (when I want to).
What do you like about the platform?
