Do I have to create an account on your website to make a purchase?
No, creating an account is optional. However, you may find it useful to create an account so that you can access your order history and easily update your contact information.
To create an account, click on the ACCOUNT link in the top right corner of your screen. You can also store your information when you complete the Customer Information step at checkout – just check the box that says "Save this information for faster checkout next time.”
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) and PayPal transactions.
Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
No, creating or using an existing account is optional. If you do not have a PayPal account or prefer not to use it, click the “Pay with Debit or Credit card” button below the login option. This method allows you to setup a PayPal account or pay without creating one.
What name will show up on my statement?
Primrose Path Boutique will appear on your bank statement.
Will my products be delivered in a discreet package?
Yes, products are shipped in an unmarked box. The outside label will simply read "Processing Center", and our name will not disclosed.
I'm purchasing a gift for someone. Is a receipt included in the box?
We typically include a receipt with all orders – but if you would like yours excluded, just let us know. Please email info@primrosepathboutique with your order number and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Is sales tax added to my total?
Sales tax is only collected in New York State, where we are located.
How old do I have to be to place an order?
U.S. law requires parties to be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the U.S. (excluding Alabama).
How can I track my shipment?
We will provide you with a tracking number for your order via email once it's been processed.
